Update on Tucker: Tucker has been adopted by a wonderful family!

Hi!

My name is Tucker and I am a Labrador Retriever (hope you did not confuse me with a Chihuahua), and I am approximately 3 years old.

That’s probably the reason why I am potty trained (I bet you really wanted to know that) and crate trained.  I also have great social skills. How do I know this? Oh, because I  hear this said by my foster caretaker when she sees me trying to play with everyone I meet…both doggies and people.

So, if you are looking for terribly good looking, smart, and social canine…that would be me.

Let’s see what else can I tell you about myself that you might want to know…Oh! I remember… My life was not so hot, in the past. I spent some time in the street (can’t tell you how long… time is a human thing, that us dogs don’t care too much about), until someone kind found me and picked me up.

This nice person said that they could not keep me, and was going to hand me to the county shelter.  Before that happened, though, HEAR felt sorry for me (must have fallen for my natural charm) and placed me in a temporary foster home.

I was taken to the vet- you know, the guy that looks real nice and always has free cookies- and he told me that I did not have mange, and soon after that- received a clear bill of health from heart worms (whatever that means).

I am on the skinny side, as you can see from my pics. but I am filling out nicely, if I say so myself, with the good food I am receiving.

Okay, I do not want to sound presumptuous here, but I want to finally add to my self-resume, that I am the biggest sweetie of all….very, very loving.
