Why Support Hope Emergency Animal Rescue?
By supporting Hope Emergency Animal Rescue (HEAR) you will be part of:
Our Mission:
To enrich the lives of animals through rescue, care, healing and education.
Our Vision:
To create a kinder world where all animals feel safe and to end unnecessary suffering and homelessness.
Providing the greater Phoenix area Funding for the Emergency Service Program (ESP) as originally designed by Humanitarian, Treva Slote. A good Samaritan, police officer, or fireman can rescue a stray sick or injured animal off the street and take it to the nearest 24 hour Emergency Animal Clinic, PLC for treatment at no cost.
To Provide life-saving Veterinary Medical Assistance (VMA), as funds allow, for inside the home and well loved companion animals who are spayed or neutered, fully immunized and whose owners are on a very limited income. This will be an alternative to needless suffering for, both, the animal and the stressed owner, most often a disabled and/or senior citizen.
Our journey, as we seek to make our dream a reality: Have a green and self sustaining sanctuary for dogs and cats. Additionally, some farm animals, at least two each of the same species, will be housed in our facility.
A sanctuary that seeks to educate the public, thus bringing an end to dogs having to live on chains, plus licensing and protecting cats, and providing funds for a mandatory spay and neuter program to prevent irresponsible breeding and unwanted litters of puppies and kittens.
Continue the Delta Society Pet Therapy workshops helping people survive challenges and improve their lives with the assistance and healing power of animals. Please visit their amazing website at www.deltasociety.org .
An organization that seeks to cooperate with all humane and wildlife preservation organizations.
Will provide Hope Emergency Rescue, a registered 501(c)(3) animal charity, with the necessary funds to continue its efforts, as the organization is funded entirely by private contributions, and receives no government funding.
